From the West (Route 495, 2, 2A)
Follow Route 2 or 2A East, past the Concord Rotary. At the second set of lights (the first set is blinking), take a right onto Baker Avenue Extension and proceed to 310 on your right.

From the East (Boston and Route 128)
Follow Route 2 West to Concord. Route 2 takes a sharp turn to the left at the intersection of Route 2A (at the bottom of the hill). Stay on Route 2 past two more intersections, Walden Pond/Route 126 and Sudbury Road. You will pass Emerson Hospital on your left. Take the next left onto Main Street/Route 62. At the first light, take a right onto Baker Avenue. Take a left onto Baker Avenue Extension (across from a Veterinary office on the right) and proceed to the bottom of the hill; 310 is on your left.

From Emerson Hospital
Take a right out of the Emerson Hospital parking lot onto ORNAC. Take a left onto Route 2 West. Take the first left onto Main Street/Route 62. At the first light, take a right onto Baker Avenue. Take a left onto Baker Avenue Extension (across from a Veterinary office on the right) and proceed to the bottom of the hill; 310 is on your left.

Staying fit starts here, but getting here can be confusing.

Enter the Concord Meadows Corporate Center, 300–310 Baker Avenue Extension

Turn right at the STOP sign, then drive to 310 Baker Avenue Extension

The Center is located inside the Emerson Health System building
